Same thing struck me but when I searched on the internet, I saw the city with this name in Arizona map. However, I am not sure with the street name.

And I guess, BBB does not display information without logic. I guess you should call them on phone.

That zip code belongs to Phoenix. This is not a real address.

I would contact the BBB for Arizona.

I would be careful with this company who is hiding from the BBB and has no information on file. However, after checking the BBB site, it appears this company is somewhat new. They just had a file started as of March (2005), with 0 complaints.

They took out extra fees only a week after my paydate!!! Don't ever get a f*ckin loan with them!!! Plus they have no telephone number, bad support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even reply to your emails... They reply 'sometimes'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately that is the way these payday lenders work.
Continue to send them emails daily to get their attention.
If I were you, I'd pay them off and change your account number, or better yet, close your account altogether.
