Thank you so much. This forum has been a godsend. Maybe I can get some sleep. I plan to close my account after my direct deposit is in. How can I register for assistance in debt consolidation? Is it the free consultation link on this page?

Hope you have been sleeping good! I know I have ever since I registered at this forum.
You will see. Everything will work out good in the end, just be prepared for some obstacles on the way to freedom from the pdls but everything will iron out nicely. Hope to see you around more often.

Just thought I would chime in here:
I have this issue, they wouldn't work out payments for me either, and have continued to hit my bank account; I am getting killed on the NSF fees. I found 2 addresses for ECare Centers, information is below. I faxed them a letter of revocation today and will mail one as well this week. Someone else here has assured me that we can beat their "wage assignment" threat, although I have not had it yet, I know it's coming. ecarecenters.com General Contact: Address: E-Care Contact Centers 300 - 433 Main Street Winnipeg, MB R3B 1B3 Tel: (204) 940-3544 Fax: (204) 940-4278 Employment Contact: Send in your resume and cover letter to E-Care Contact Centers via e-mail or fax E-Mail: employ(at)ecarecenters.com Winnipeg, MB Fax: 204-940-4278 Surrey, BC Fax: 604-587-6339 |

Are you from the future or something? How did you get those #'s?

I got these by doing a search. Other forum members have had their issues with E-Care Contact Centers.

Pig, you need to file a form with your bank disputing the ACH withdrawls. They should refund the money while it is being disputed. FYI, A stop payment won't work as I have found because they submit different amounts each time and just keep trying. I had to close my account to get it to stop.
Good Luck! |

I too have had some run ins with this company. I had a deposit to my account from Northway Credit and money debited from Northway Debit. They are one in the same. I had the ACH Blocked by the bank...I now get phone calls constantly from some guy who I can barely understand. Anyway, I tried paying back these people via Western Union, Western Union called me and told me the whole thing sounded shady and they wouldn't let the payment go through....I have decided that they can send my name to collections, at least I can make payments through them.

We had transactions from this company in our checking account and we did not authorize these deposits or debits. We contacted our our bank immediately and they closed our account and returned all credits/debits. We had money going in and out of our account from 9 different companies over the course of 6 weeks. We didn't notice because our debits didn't start to catch up for a few weeks, then when we started bouncing checks we realized something was wrong. The bank returned everything over 2 weeks ago and CTC has been harrassing us ever since, calling my husband at work, calling our house, calling his employer, making threats. We have tried to explain what happened and they won't even try to work with us. We have since contacted the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and are filing ID Theft paperwork. We told CTC about it and we told them we were filing a police report and yet they keep harrassing us for something we didn't even authorize. Nice, huh?
