I recieved the letter today... and like the others found this thread while searching for the truth behind the letter. It employs patently generic pchycological verbage to get you to respond. if what it says were true they'd need to supply me with a good deal more information on why I was "chosen".
Besides........most of what they offer is already freely available to those who live genuine lives of Faith.

I just got their letter today, having fallen once for credit card scam, I was so angry I tore up the letter before reading the second paragraph. I just wondered how they got my name. you know they wrote it the way my friends call me, not the way it is in public records. it's kind pf strange, hope they get hold of these crazy guys

I got a letter a couple of days ago, but I never ordered anything on line or otherwise. I buy my books from a local bookstore with cash, so how do they get my name? I have never even heard of this Kevin T. person or his book, so why am I getting this junk mail? And what profile do they have to analyze? I am a single mother, broke, filed bankruptcy a few years ago... what "special, rare traits" do I have? And why don't I know my own traits? I don't think I really want to read people's minds, and I don't have time to be everyone's friend. I got straight A's in college without their society, so what do they REALLY have to offer?

I received my letter on Dec.07,2005. When I started to read this letter, I felt a little strange about the way it talked about God and then gambling all in the same statement. Any way,I'm glad I found your site and didnt waste my time but what about the older people they will scam and abuse with these promises.so sad, I think I will let the post office know in my area.

Their initals seem to say it all, save for the inclusion of a letter. Vanna, may I buy a "U', please, and that would make "NUTS".

I received two letters by this 'society' and I did not join because it seemed to be soooo creepy. I thought it was probably a scam also.

I received the same letter telling me I had until a certain date to reply. I had passed the date becaused my mail had been forwarded. The funniest part of this letter was that it talked about coming into a very auspicious time in the next 2 weeks and that is why I had to respond by a certain date. Then it goes on to say how I was picked out of millions because of my abilities. They made it sound like I was so unique and yet at the end they asked for an address change. If they were so all knowing, why did they need that information? I knew this was a scam but it still felt pretty creepy.
