Can you please tell me the SOL for NYC. Also is there a chart showing the SOL by state?

Welcome to the forums.

The Statute of limitations in New York is 6 years. This means that any collection agency can enforce legal actions in trying to collect the debt from you.

Please click at the attached link to know the SOL for each state. You can also visit the Federal Trade Commission website and search for the related queries.
