I have faxed One Click Cash 3 validation letters and they won't respond. So today I get a voicemail telling me that if I don't call within 48 hours then they are going to process me futher. I live in Texas and did not find their name as a licensed corporation here. What should I do now?

Are you working with a consolidation company or on your own?

Hi SHbear
Will you be able to prove that you requested One Click Cash for the itemized statement and they haven't sent it? I think, you should send one more request through certified mail with return receipt requested. This way, the company will sign the green copy and you will have proof of them receiving your letter and the details must be given to you.
You can also keep a follow up over the phone and know about their latest activities.

No, not right now. I will send another letter. Has anyone heard of OCC suing anyone yet?

It's not so easy for any company to sue an individual unless it's for a very huge debt amount or the company is fully in the right path.
In your case, OCC is in the wrong side because they have not given you the itemized statement you requested. If they are into genuine business, they should be able to produce the statement anytime. Send your letter through certified mail so that you have covered your legal basis.
Don't worry! They won't take the matter to the court because they are not 100% right. Even if they do, the judge will make unbiased decisions that will go to your favor.

Bear,
You said you lived in Texas? I do not believe they are licensed in Texas but you may want to double check on this with your division of financial institutions or bank commissioners office. Also, check consumerlaw.org for a pdf format of all the state's payday loan laws. You will have to do a search but it's pretty quick to bring up the file. If I am not mistaken, there is a clause stating that a company cannot threaten criminal charges against you. I'm not sure what they consider "Processing Further" but I would not delete that message. You may need it to file the proper complaints in a few days.
