Matt, also reference Chapter 392 of the Texas Finance Code and check with the TX SOS website to make sure they have a current bond.

I have spoken to a Doug Summers from Outsourcing concerning a bill I supposedly owe from Penney's. I haven't received any written bill. They say I have to pay this bill but they say they can't send me the actual bill. What are my options?
