All payday loans offically consolidated!

Today I received a call from Jenni at T&C and she stated that all payday lenders had confirmed and agreed to the amounts they offered. You would not believe the weight lifted off of my shoulders. Look who's laughing now, all the collection agencies that have tried to get us to pay them twice the amount owed is getting nothing. All payments are going to the original lenders Jenni stated. It is a good feeling to have this demon off my back. I have learned my lesson and I will never get tangled up in the web of payday loans again. As I have said before, payday loans is a way to financial ruin!!! They will sink you quick!!!

I just want to say thankyou to Ben, Roxette, Mickeyindetroit, and Bryan for all their help and to the community for all their support and continued support. Thank you to Sue for giving me the information to take the step to call T&C and get this nightmare taken care of.

T&C in Birmingham, Alabama. Google their name and their phone number is on the site. I tried to pm you and for some reason it wouln't let me to give you the number. They are very helpful and the payment to them are very affordable.

I got a counselor on Friday. It seems that they are working hard with my payday loan companies. I even got one settled and paid so it can be removed from the program. A good way to ring in the new year!!!! I'm so glad I found this site. Also, we had a collection agency call yesterday regarding an old account of my husband's. Something to do with magazines but I know we paid it a couple of years ago. So, we asked her to send a debt validation letter which she refused to. She got a little snippy so I asked for her name and what company she worked for. She hung up on me LOL! We have proof this was paid but suddenly he had a second account. Sounds kind of fishy to me!!!

As a vetran of the payday loan war, I must say that they have a way of beating you down like none other. Like Pacino said in Godfather III, "Just when I think I'm out, they pull me back in." I've paid them off so many times only to have something put me right back on that carousel, and that's excatly what it is. Kudos to ya'. Give those twins a hug for us. Getting rid of these blood sucking loans will help you sleep better at night.
