Personal Credit Services – Do they scam consumers?

I've read on this thread ( and other places on this forum..) about PCS giving back refunds, NOT giving ANYTHING back, etc. I wonder how they decide who they will 'refund' and who they don't? They sent me the same info..."send us money and you are guaranteed a loan." No thank you. I never sent a dime. Any 'business' that askes for money...be ware!

Has nauone got a loan form these loan companies. I am indespearte need. If you have, can you give me the info to which company is legit and can do the loan. I have got emails from Transfield Finance and Stevenson Prat Loans but I am not sure if these are legit companies and should I give them all my personal info...

Thanks! You just saved me $175.00 I knew this company was not legitimate when I inquired as to why they are not registered wtih BBB and they said it is by invitation only and they had not been invited! Well, that's a crock! Thanks Again!

I was so ready to pay $500.00 if I was allowed to get up to 20 thousand just like that, haha...what a fool for thinking something like that could be so true. Thanks everyone for sharing your story, it's nice to be able to talk to other people who have money issues like myself. I am still looking for legit places to get money if anyone knows of any. I am glad I came to this site to do some researsh on personal credit services .com That's why when on the internet you have to be careful when searching for imporatant info so you won't run into this scammers on here! Thanks to you all! I will be better off taking a loan out with my 401K.

Anyone who got scammed by these criminals should call this phone number. I can't believe it, I complained so much that they actually sent me letterhead. I think someone made a mistake because the type is not consistent with the letterhead. (631) 930-6422

Thank you so much for doing this, I almost myself fell victim of the scam, and i was lucky enough to research because like most ofyou it did not sound right.. Your asking for money but then they want you to pay for them... who knows? SOO happy I decided to check it out first

Castlefield Lending is also a fraud. Thy guaranteed a $10,000 loan for me for an upfront fee of $1200. I decided to check them out on the Better Business Bureau site. Thank God I did not fax the money-the BBB gave Castlefield Lending the following rating "F." How its workers sleep at night is a mystery to me-I guess some people are born without a conscience/heart. Just a tip-advance fee loans are illegal in the US and Canada. To check out a lender/business go to BBB.org

I noticed out of all the complaints on this company, there is one who actually stood up and said they gave them the loan. Does anybody know of a company that is not a fraud? I am trying to pay off all my debt but there does not seem to be anybody who can help with bad credit without charging an outragious amount of money. As far as the comments left in regards to an email they had sent them saying they always win, you can take them to court and present that letter to the judge. That would show their true colors. My cousin is a lawyer and mentioned that case would be a no brainer for the judge. Thank you all for your input on this company, I was about to pay the money.

I received a reply with the list of amounts and payment terms for the loan..I am so grateful to all who have posted notices. I am not sending money to borrow money....thanks again to all of you

They are a SCAM I paid them 200 and received only 1 LENDER who approved me for a credit card................I had a applied for 15000 but ONLY got a 300 credit card. I have been trying to get my refund for about 3 months now and have been unsuccessful !!!!!!!!! RUN ...............RUN.............RUN................ as fast as you can away from these SCAM ARTIST !!!!!!!!!
