Think about it for a minute. Why would you pay money to receive money?

I looked into this place back in 2008 and was suprised that anyone would believe their ridiculous promises. Save yourself the hassle and STAY AWAY from this company.

i did the obvious and sent in $200 for the early bird thinking i could get myself out of a jam which proved to be more trouble than its worth. i knew it was too good to be true, but desperate times call for desperate measures. i did what was instructed and was in the hole $200. pcs didn't call back, just emails. so i wrote 5 times and emailed more than a dozen times and contacted a lawyer and posted on my email. even contacted the bbb but pcs never responded nor replied! fortunately, with my pot mouth and nasty emails, these jerks sent a check for $200 after about 8 months or so. i will never do this again. there are way too many dirty people out there! but i'm a true believer in what goes around, comes around!

One thing you should never do: send money to get a loan. It is illegal for a company to request it, and it's a definite tip-off to a potential scam.

The Better Business Bureau of Chicago has been trying to help a soldier who lost nearly $4,000 in September. He was lured by the offer of a $14,000 loan, supposedly at 8.5 percent interest. He was approved, on the condition that he send 15 percent of the amount as a "collateral payment." He wired $2,278 to an account in Canada.

The loan money, which was supposed to be wired to the soldier's account, never appeared. A couple of phone calls later, a "customer service representative" told him he needed to send an "insurance payment."

He sent $837.

Still no loan money.

So beware

So are you saying that this is legit because you received your monies? would you suggest others to apply?, or maybe they have a limit of loans that are given out per month? please elaborate on this more.
thanks!
