Thank you so very much for this information. Now can someone please help me figure out Indiana's Laws. Does it pertain to Internet also? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I just got off the phone with my state office of financial regulation. They were so helpful. Google Indiana office of financial regulation or consumer affairs. You might even contact the Attorney General's office for Indiana and they can point you in the right direction.

I looked at the link and there wasnt that much information on Pennsylvania law. If anyone knows where I can find information on them, please let me know. Also who should I contact to see if yhe payday companies are licensed in my state. I would like to start sending letters out to the companies that are operating illegally. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
