Thanks to everyone's wonderful help on this site...ESPECIALLY SET4SAIL!!!!!!! I have recd a refund from RIO, ameriloan & QuikPayday!!!!!! HOWEVER, I am having a terrible time w/ CashNetUSA....Any suggestions????

One more thing, I feel worried about the ref chks. Would they do anything nasty like not honering the chks?

Wow! Congrats! You tasted a huge success! You got the refund from those toughest ones. Now, you must be feeling better and put a strong fight against the rest.
Take the help of your bank and dispute the item with CashNet USA. The company has to verify the information or you can take the legal path. Have you gone through the thread of CashNet USA here.

I am actually taking them to small claims court to recoup the interest and fees not allowed in my state.

Good for you in getting a refund. I asked Quikpayday for one but they denied it, they still claim that their Utah business license applies here in Iowa. Oh well, at least they wrote off my balance.

How in the world is everyone getting a refund from Quik Payday? I tried and was told no. But I guess I should be happy with the paid in full status.

Tammy I agree with you, how is this happening? I was (sadly) a customer for like 4 years and they won't refund to me but someone else on here says they had only loaned since January 2006 and they got a refund. I could have really used the $$ this month!!

How can you get refunds from the lenders? How do I know if the lenders are doing illegal loans? Plese help!

Does anyone have a copy of letter that they sent to QuikPay to get their refund? Please PM it to me. I have paid QuikPay money already and they still say I owe the same amount.

I just copied & pasted from someone's letter on this site & input my states laws. I don't remember who. All of my stuff is at work & I won't be back until Mon. I hope someone answers you before then. I will look when I get back there.
