they are screwing me also we had an agreement and they started to take out the money you can never get thru to them you have to talk to an assistant who will take down your number and have someone call you back why? i dont get it then navy releif helped me out and payed the remaining balance but they tell me that they never heard of navy releif and they continue to take money please advise

pinion north was only scheduled to take $160 from my checking account and they have taken $320 from my checking account. I have contacted Pinion north and they will not return my calls. Their answering service keeps telling me to leave my name and number and someone will contact me back regarding this matter. I've been waiting for a call for 3 days now and I'm fed up.

I had a debit out of my acct fraudulently. I did not give anyone my acct number and they supposedly authorized it on the 15th of december while I was out of the country. The company is Pinion Management 800-550-2397. I keep seeing different phone numbers on these boards for this company. Who are they?

Recenlty made payment arrangements on a pay day loan I defaulted on. The agreement was a good faith payment of $50 on the first, $83 every 2 weeks for 2 months ans then it would be paid. They had called me at work and I was very busy at the time (not an office worker) Now I see that they took the $50 and the next payment was taken out just a few days later not when it was supposed to be. Can't find which check loan company they are collecting for. All I know is Pinion North Albequrque, NM. What can I do to find out so I can contact them Confused
