Emily,
This site helps to consolidate unsecured debts. Since private student loans are not debt to federal government, the consolidation process might be similar with any other debts.
IMO, enter your contact information in the sign up page to avail the free counseling. The consultant would be the best person to let you know if private student loan consolidation is possible or not.
You can also discuss your financial obligations during the counseling session. Registration and counseling both are free here.
