WoW! I have a friend who is working at a low paying job single parent, I went to the place where she works and seen tears in her eyes. She told me Resurgence Financial Blocked her bank account. She has a two years old still in diapers. Every check she makes go to this horrible Resurgence Financial. What is wrong with them people?. It was Seven years that passed. She got a letter in the mail, So she called. The next thing you know they are just sticking there stinky pinkie in her account. Do they care if the baby goes hungry or has diapers or close on its back?. No these things that rip you off should be locked up and throw the key away. They know its hard times, Why now do this. I am glad I didn't deal with those jerks. But I had my share. Get these creeps off our land. File for a Class Action.

I hope this collection company go out of business ... They have made my life hell, they got a judgement on me for 12K originally 6K. They go after your bank, payroll and anything they can get their hands on. They sent court orders to garnish my check. Yes, these F***ers was able to do that...they are still doing it as of today until the amount they brought it to12k is paid off. They find ways even if they are not in California to sue you. Other credit companies are all going towards their services because they will collect.. I'm going to see a lawyer in Jan, think this is the only way to stop them. If this all works out, I'm going to send a letter with my middle fingure scanned on it...

These people stole money directly from my children. They seem to have come from nowhere. I have no idea what the original debt was related to or who Resurgence Financial is. All I know is that three days ago they not only drained my husband's and my bank account, but they drained the accounts of both of my teenaged children as well. Both worked at their first jobs this past summer and opened their own bank accounts for spending and for college money. My daughter is in her freshman year and had accumulated approximately $3,500 for college expenses. Now she can't even buy breakfast.

After this experience, I'm not interested in getting my money back. I want to see these people in prison where they belong. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If they have debited money from your husband's and children's account without any reason, then you should file a complaint against them with the BBB, FTC and the State Attorney General. You should also contact an attorney and check out if you can take any legal steps against them.

I need help knowing my rights as well as what my nexy step is. I had a certified mail sent to me in Chicago which is where i used to live 7 yrs ago. No one was home to sign for it but they left the notice saying who was sending it. I knew this since my parents still lie there. it was addressd to my maiden name. It was from the circuit court so i looked it up and seen there was a "docket." It seems Resurgence is claiming i owe them close to 1,900 for an account i do not have. They already started callin me on my cell phone, harassing me. What can i do?

Hi I am needing to find a 1st step into proceeding to file a lawsuit against Resurgence Financial. I am now almost 36 years -old a mother of kids as a full time student also trying to start businesses for our family. The process is not easy, but i will work and do it,working 24/7 if need be, but you know something, i read the couple of posts i am immeditaely hit by this comment.."you need to see a lawyer right away!" Im convinced that is also what God has been trying for me to get out to do. I do plan right now as a matter of fact, so if anyone can please give a few suggestions, this is the first time I have encountered actually fighting back interms of a legal battle. You know after you have continued to become victimized by the "powers" that be, it now is pissing me off to say the least.

I will be working for minimum wage, now as a mother am purchasing homes, starting a business and going towards fulfilling our dreams, but they will out of the blue send a notice, u need to pay so and so...and the letter is just a reminder that they will not leave u alone. The overwhelming abuse they have done, as well as the year 2004, or 3 after i just lost a great job, i had a few hundred dollars in a checking account, after having our baby boy! they snuck in and somehow confiscated all the money, i asked the manager and supervisor of the bank also were quite taken aback, since they knew that there was no authorization! finally as the years and times continue, i have been taken back to court over the matter and since, I have had the interest rates increase by a zillion percentages..it is over 5 or 6 thousand dollars i believe of an original 1500 in 2002. Did anyone already go through this> thank you very much i appreciate any and all comments related to this matter. God bless! WE will endure justice, believing immediately that the righteous shall be compensated for their injustices done by taking the blessings from people and companies whom are evil and only happiness is in taking from the innocent and less fortunate just to be " bullies!
thank you again!
