I have a quick question.. I just signed up with T&C and they are working on negotiating payment to some charged off cards on my credit report. If they get the balance down lower then it is now will this be reflected on my credit report.
Example:
Citibank shows past due $1500
T&C gets them down to $1000
Will the credit report then say
Citibank past due $1000?

You can't put a check on the creditor on how they will be reporting to the bureaus. But your consolidation company can convince them to report in a fair way. If they are assured of your payments, they can report your accounts to the bureaus in a fair way.
