I'm trying to collect all of the names that Rio/ MTE is currently doing business as. So far I have:

Hi set4sail
Check with the Oklahoma Dept of Consumer Credit and know about the licensing and registration of Rio Resources for doing legal business. Additional DBA names should be available with them. You will come to know about them and perhaps inform about their illegal business also to the Dept of consumer credit in OK

I'm aware of their unlicensed lending activity, what I'm trying to find out is HOW many names are they lending under.

Here's the deal- I'm trying to find all the names we already know Rio is lending under, so we can start the class action suit against Rio, which would cover a large number of the dba pdl many of us have borrowed from. I have an appt on Wednesday to go over the details with the lawyer.

Michelle, I found that here on the forum, when I was searching for Rio Resources.
Since as a group we have to focus on one lender, I think it would be in the interest of all of us to pick Rio for that. I know others mentioned Sonic, but I didn't borrow from Sonic so I can't file against them. The other lender I have left I will file a separate suit against.

jo, you haven't missed anything yet. I'm have started the process to file a class action suit against a pdl company, and I'm recommending that we pick Rio to file against. That way we can get more participants.
If anyone has any info they would like to add, esp contracts etc, please pm me before Wednesday 8:30 am Eastern time. My appt is at 10 am East. I want to present as much info as possible to the lawyer.
