I contacted the Secretary of State in Oklahoma and the lady that answered stated that they only take complaints. Couldn't give me any advisement of who to contact about the address United Cash Loans gave me to send payments. I am smelling a big rat here. They are out of Carson City, but payments are to be mailed to Miami, Oklahoma. Does anyone know of some place else I can verify this address?

Hi mom of twins

Please feel free to inquire with Mr. W.A. Drew Edmondson, the attorney general of Oklahoma. If United Cash loan is licensed to collect payments in Oklahoma, they must be listed with the attorney general office. You can contact the attorney general of Oklahoma at the link given below.

I called the attorney general office and they told me go to the website sooneracces.state.ok.us and search for the company name. United Cash Loans does not appear. What do I do now? United Cash Loans will not respond to my email questioning the address.

Having strong doubts on making payments at this company address, you should ask United Cash Loans to show proof of their license to collect payments in Oklahoma. If they are reluctant to give you the required proof, tell about the research you have done on them. Wait your payments till the time they have provided you legal proof about this address in Oklahoma.

I had a call yesterday from 1st Credit of America who said they were calling on behalf of One Click Cash and Bahamas Marketing Group (BMG). Interestingly enough, the one time Ellis Crosby called me said they were representing BMG. Also, Pinion Management called me a month ago threatening me on behalf of One Click Cash. It seems these CA's just sell these accounts to each other all over the place. Plus you can't get any of them to validate my loan.

Shbear

Debts are passed from one collection agency to another when they have failed to give validation to you. It is because of you being informed about the fdcpa laws, they have not been able to scam you.

Please do keep a check on your credit report also as they might intend to hit it negatively. You will be able to repair the damage instantly if done.

I had a loan with United Cash Loans. When my payment came due I didn't have the funds in the bank to pay so they withdrew anyway and I was overdrawn--they continued to withdraw each time it was due. Then I get a call I need to pay $400+ and to send Blue Express Moneygrams to Miami, OK. I did the first two on time but the last & third I was late. But I did send the full amount---then found out they had withdrew the same amount of third and last payment I sent from my checking account the week before. So I am OVERDRAWN and they are OVERPAID!!!! I sent fax regarding this matter but have had no response yet.

Take the help of your bank in this regard. A dispute can be placed by your bank with the company and in return, they need to come up with verified statements of the debits. If they are unable to do so, you can take the legal path.

I took out a $400.00 loan in Dec-2009. United Cash Loans took out $120.00 on the first and 15th of each month. I paid back $480.00 and then on the 1st of March they processed to take out $50.00 and $120.00. said I still owed $455.00. I'm and old fool not doing rescerch and checking them out. I closed my Checking account to them and turned them into BBB. Iknow now they will turn me into the credit beaure so what can I do?
