I received emails from united cash loans, and ameriloan. The emails send you to a website where you have 3 tries. you can tell them how much you can pay to settle your account, and how many payments. the payments are in months (1 payment per month). does anyone have any experience in how low of an offer they will take?

How much do you owe? I have settled accounts for from $200 to $500. I also settled one for the amount of the loan + 1 interest payment ($300 + $90 fee)

ameriloan is $475, united cash loans is $355. I have paid at least $200 in interest before i defaulted. Since i have 3 attempts I might start out at half and work my way up.

The company that settled for $200 was a company I had paid over $1000 to since taking out the $200 loan several months earlier. I am no expert by any means. The payment arrangements with the most recent loan I settled were that they wanted the original loan amount and 1 fee amount. Which I was glad to do so they would stop adding interest to the account every 2 weeks. They let me pay it out over a couple of months. I DID NOT have a loan with either of the companies you are dealing with.

I received these emails from one click cash, united, and ameriloan...All 3 of these are the same place..I had 13 loans, I am down to 5..I'm taking 1 at a time, AFTER i pay the house bills, and car. I'm not nervous and worried about these anymore. They can't really DO anything to me. They'll get paid when i have the money.

I finally got united cash loans to respond to my email and they settled for the $390.00 owed to them. The address they stated the payment must be sent to is United Cash Loans 198 S. Eight Tribes Trail Po Box 111 Miami, OK 74355. Is this a legit address where they claim to be out of Carson City, Nevada?

BBB is listing the following address for United Cash Loan.

2533 N. Carson St Ste. 5020
Carson City, NV 89706

How are you sending the money to them? Are you sending the money through Western Union? If so, have a receipt of the money order as it is the proof of your payment made to the company.

can only send it by money order. I will mail by certified mail with return receipt. They stated it wasn't necessary to send it certified. Something sounds funny about this address.

If the money from your account gets cashed by this company, you are sure about it reaching to the debt account. And yes, definitely send it certified.

I have found something interesting on the address united cash loans gave me. I done a reverse address lookup and it came back as no known address. Who would I contact in Oklahoma to verify the address and it is an address for United Cash Loans, because I am getting no hits on the address.
