I too have been called and harrassed my a company called All Pro Recovery by a man named John Campbell. There was a payday loan advance posted to my checking account about a month and half ago. I had no number or contact info for these people to figure out why!! John Campbell told me I needed to pay or he will be suing me personally! I have reported him and the company to the Fair Act Debt. I told them to cease and decease these harassing calls or they will be the one sued. I did a google search for SMJ Marketing and have nothing but to apply for a loan! No contact number, email or address. How do you get a hold of these people.

Don't ever use internet PDL service, only brick and mortar. If anybody threatens you with something as inane as the Martha Stewart/Patriot Act, tell them to shove it up their arse, they aren't taking you to court or having you arrested...they just want you to keep paying insane interest payments every two weeks. When they take that money out it is only interest, you are never paying on the principal unless you pay the full amount plus the interest payment for that one week or 2 week period.

I have bad credit and had collection agencies calling me before threatening me and telling me I was gonna be sued etc, I told them all to kiss my ass. I was never in big debt, just 500 here 1000 there after I was laid off and couldn't keep up. It's all disappeared from my credit report over the years and I never paid anything.

Don't ever give access to your accounts. EVER.

I know that I may be one of the few on this site to sy this - but I found this company to be pretty awesome to deal with. I had a small loan, paid it off exactly when I was supposed to and never had anything but good service from these guys.

PDL's suck

LTS Management is the umbrella for LoanShopOnline.com. When you submit an online application with just about any payday loan website, they send out the appllication to a bunch of different companies. Some automatically deposit money into the account, some withdraw the fees before hand. Some are just plain crooks (LTS Management)

I also found out that LTS/Loanshop Online won't lend to anyone in the military, or working for the police department. I have half a mind to report them to the BBB.

A. Payday Loans are illegal in some states. For Example NYS.
If you loaned money to a resident there, the most you can get back is
the principle.
When a consumer files a complaint with the AG because they borrowed 400 dollars from you and you have collected over 1800 AND you tell them they still owe 300 you should heed the call and back off Mr Dustin.
This consumer has every right to sue the heck out of you. Constant phone calling and emailing will not help. Bottom line you are illegal and don't act like you are an honest businessman. You are bottom of the barrel loan sharks. You should hang your head in shame.
