I tried to get a stop payment for premier processing because I could not find out how to contact them to pay off the loan, but my bank couldn't put a stop payment on it but was able to give me a phone number to call and set up the payoff. They said I would only receive the instructions when I first got the loan and they don't call anymore after that so you could pay the interest forever and they would not call you I guess unless you closed your account and they would find you for collections then. So finally I am able to pay off these payday loans which are a big ripoff of your money and the interest is outrageous and they really get to the poor people who has no choice if they are really hurting to pay their bills. There really should be a law to stop them from running their business. Their number is 816-283-6200 but I don't know where they are located. Good Luck!

i have alsoo tried to get a phone# from them and no one at the legal office will give me any information they said until this account is paid off

"Another one bites the dust", I am in the same boat as everyone else. I took out a $300 pdl with them, can't find the contract anywhere, and they have collected $1080 from me and won't stop until I pay them the $300 back. This is what the supervisor told me today.

I never received paperwork for the loan that was deposited into my account. I tried calling them to at least ask for some sort of paperwork but all I get is Dustin's voice mail. What should I do? Open a new account like everyone else?

When you call the number and the voicemail picks up, trying pressing 0...that is how I always got through to them.

Patrick lee, call SJM at 1-866-722-2770 and tell them you want to pay it off. There is NO other way. You must call to get them to stop now. And never ever post your personal info on a public website.

how is it i got a loan without talking,signing or faxing anything...so since these people dont answer there phones i am keeping a running tally on there withdrawls and as my email to them stated "you have nothing saying we exepted there loan so none will be paid back exept what they deposited into my account and they will pay all fees"

we took out a pdl with ezpayday.it now goes by several different names and numbers..anyways we have gotten several nasty calls from collectors and so on.we have contacted the pdl company by phone and mail and requested a copy of the contract.we have never gotten one .when we got the loan all they sent was an email with a phone number.they want 900.00 for a 200 loan.wich pdls are illegal in md.we have contacted the md ag.how do you get thru to these people that we want a copy of the contract?they are full of bs.

I had a loan with SJM they debit out of my account $60.00 ever 2 weeks for 2 years. I had no phone number to contact them I number I had previously did not work, I went to my bank to see if there was a number on the ACH, there was none therefore I stopped payment on the ACH draft. SJM did not contact me, they had an attorney office contact me to tell me I had a judgement against me for wire fraud, I tried to explain the suitition to them, I told them I was willing to pay what I owed $260.00 which I did on the spot, I received a call by this attorney office this morning staying now they have filed a failure to appear. I have received no papers from them just this very nasty person on the phone. I have had other payday loans and have no problems with them.
