Unexpected emergencies such as lay offs,divorce,disability,and job transfer.
It is not a road block it's a hurdle there are options and programs such as modification of mortgage,reverse mortgage,sales/lease options like when you are selling your property to buy it back at a later date!Last option to sell your property and to start over!

Unfortunately, there aren't enough, if any, programs that are geared toward "life's emergencies." And one problem is that we just don't prepare for them. YOu never know WHAT life is going to bring you...but don't go through life with a blindfold.
