I have been talking to a real nice lady from Superior Debt company. Does anyone know anything about them? And what fees they charge you? Thanks in advance!

Superior Debt Company is a very good consolidation company. I have one of my friends using their program.

Superior Debt charges a very nominal fee as I was told by him. Since the charges vary from one company to another, it will be better if you can clarify it with your consultant. You can also request him to combine the fees in your monthly payoffs.

You can also check the BBB website as well as the state attorney general office and inquire about their good ratings.

I spoke with a lady the other day and she said that she would email me some information but she hasn't yet. Did anyone else come across that they were lagging in the process of getting the process started?

Settlement is not as good of an idea as consolodation. debt settlement can look really bad to future lenders, as you are not paying back the total amount.
