It seems United Cash Loans are trying to get aggressive with people. They are really under my skin this week. :x You can check with your bank comissioners office or with your department of financial institutions to see if they are licensed in your state.

The only way to deal with United Cash Loans is to file a complaint against them with the AG of Oklahoma. They have to send you an itemized statement of your account when requested. UCL is a very shady company that evades the laws.

I am recieving calls at work from United Cash Loans, My boss said that I do nto work here anymore. I live in KY and I have 2 outstanding PDL out right now and when I get htem paid I will never do it again. I have one with 500 Fast cash and one with 10 Dollar Payday are either of these affiliated with United Cash Loans?

As soon as the $65 is back in my account where they tried to use a check, they will definitly be getting a letter from me. Bad part, bank said it could take 5 to 7 days for it to be returned! UGH.... No I have 2 idiot PDLS to deal with instead of one! Though I only had Route66 now this butts have showed back up. Hmmmm if they took money out of my account, then I should be able to "log into" my "account" on their sight, huh? May have to check that out when I get home!

Default update on my united cash situation

They called again yesterda, but just to my cell at least (not my work that I know of). They were persistent but no more threats. I told them I would NOT be threatened any further and explained about the police and atty general. I asked again for something in writing, and he told me that they LEGALLY can not send anything in writing to my home address, that they can only send a fax....give me a break. Then I also received the below email from them along with a note saying I could take out additional funds....does this mean they are considering this PIF or are they just trying to get an auth on my new bank account??? Just copied a couple paragraphs...

It sounds like they might be trying to get new banking info or something. Do not give them any new information on checking accounts if you have one.

Yep, agreed with Mishele. This is just a scam to get your new account info and start taking money out again!!! Do not give them any info!!!!!!!!! This company cannot be trusted.

I cannot even believe they are still trying. I had united cash loans, they were one of my first PDLS almost 2 yrs ago. They were the first I defaulted on, a year and a half ago. I really didn't owe them much, and never could get in touch with them..I never heard a word, until about 6 months after I defaulted, I got an email very similar to that one. Be careful with these guys, they are sneaky.
