I borrowed $150.00 and every week they take $45.00 out oif my account. I called them and they said that the money didn't go to my loan it was money just renew my loan. For a $150.00 loan i am paying $500.00 dollars. I asked them if i can pay alitte on the loan and they said no they would only take $90.00 a pay period.they also said that when i pay the $90.00 the interest of $45.00 dollars will reduced by $15.00.so i think that this is a scam and this is breaking me but when i pay them off i will never ever get a loan from them.

They also sell or pass on your bank account number to a third party. I got a loan paid the first payment when it was due. The next week an unknown company debited my account. I found out about through my bank which advised me to close my account. I have contacted the Indiana Attorney General's office and the BBB. There are numerous complaints concering this company. I will also be contacting the AG in Nevada.

United Cash Loans is trying to file a lawsuit against me for not paying them back for a loan I DON'T have. They are threatening me with large amounts they are going to sue me for and more. I don't have a loan through them. What do I do?

If you don't owe any money to United Cash Loans, then you don't need to make any payments to them. You should ask them to send a debt validation letter to you. If they don't send the DV letter, then you should send a Cease and Desist letter via certified mail. If you are really served with summons, then you can consult an attorney and draft the reply correctly. But all things said and done, I don't feel you will be sued by them if you don't owe any money to them. This is one of the scare tactics that the collection agencies use to make money out of the consumers.

I have been receiving calls from these people for months and I never even took out a loan with them. They continue to ask for someone who isn't here, and when I ask to speak to their manager, I get ignored. I spoke to Enia, who claimed that her name was so original there was no need to give out any other identifiers. I asked for her last name and she asked for mine. I told her my last name and she said that I didn't need to know hers.

Resolved to call about her, I dialed their number to speak to a manager. They claim that their business is closed even though I had just received a call. There is an interesting aspect to their phone system that allowed me to try extensions until I got one correct. I found that 2011 works to get to someone, but they were 'Unavailable' when I called. When I try to leave a voice mail, it gave me a busy signal and hung up on me.

Listen people....Those who have had difficulty with this company contact info...its clear based on their website that:::
Tribal Financial Services, doing business as UnitedCashLoans®, is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma,
a Sovereign Nation recognized by the United States government under the Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act of 1936.

However I spoke with a rep Im so glad i backed out and never allowed the loan to go thru especially now, anywho, the reps state they have no affiliation with the tribe. Im so glad I recorded the call just like they did and i informed them i was...now i will pursue the tribes financial services thru the business comitee about all of my concerns..dealing with a tribe gives me the feeling it will be an us vs them mentality on their end...they lie all the way around about their so call process....people try your family friends for loans if need be or tough it out....its surely not as bad as it could be especially the fact you can qualify says you work so chill out and choose a better course of action then a payday loan
