Hello,
I have 3 payday loans. I live in TN.
Below are the three lenders, amount deposited, and amount paid to this point:
SSM - 300/360
Flash Loans - 400/480
United Cash Loans - 300/380
I looked on
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state_detail.cfm?id=TN and it appears that none of these are licensed in TN. One, SSM, I did not sign papers for. It appears from what I can tell (which is not much since I do not receive any updated information from the lender) that they are continuing to roll them over.
Below is the information from TN:

I have looked over this thread and think I should do the following:
Where to Complain, Get Information:
Regulator: Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions
Address: 511 Union Street, Suite 400 Nashville TN 37219
Phone: (615) 741-2236
Fax: (615) 532-1018
Regulatory Contact: Bart Daughdrill,
http://www.tennessee.gov/tdfi/
Close bank account if possible
If not possible, ask bank to cancel withdrawals
File a complaint on
http://www.tennessee.gov/tdfi/crd/complaintprocess.html
Is this correct?
Also, how do I know if I have paid enough? Or, does it matter since I have paid at least the principal on all and they are not licensed in TN?
Thanks for the help!
