This firm is a real rip-off. I want to pay off my loan in full and I have emailed them the form that they require to let me do so. However, they will not verify that they have received this special "form" and no phone number is listed on the paperwork. I am going to complain to the Attorney General of Ohio about this bogus firm. Meanwhile, they can keep charging me over 300% interest! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

KinOH,
Go To unitedcashloans.com/ and click Contact Us. Ask them to email your user name and password. After receiving, log in and change your payment frequency to pay in full. This worked for me, they took the full amount on Friday. Good news from me! I got my income tax and paid all of my loans from SSM LLC, United Cash Loans, PayDay Select off. Also, I sent a message to Flash Loans with the law and they cleared my loan out immediately -- $520.00! Yeah! Thanks to everyone who posts here -- this has already saved me 520.00 or more. Also, I did not know how to contact this darn SSM LLC until looking here since they do not post anything on online. Only one more left and I can put this behind me, yeah! Rhonda |

I too have taken out a payday loan with UCL, I never got a confirmation email or a phone call or anything. They just kept taking out of my account. I put a stop payment on them and they somehow were able to write a phony check for 480... my bank is going to go after them for this but in the mean time I am out the money. Does anyone know if they are licensed in the state of NY?

I Live in NY also. NY prohibiuts pdls. None are legal here. Putting a stop paymnet never works, that is why we advise closing your account and opening a new one. They will change names, amounts, aor as in your case put thru a paper check. Also ucl is part of MTE and they are not licensed anywhere. You are only morally obligated to repay the principle amount borrowed. Again. none of these loans are legal here in New York.

I have been dealing with United Cash Loans as they claim that I owe them money. I asked what day and what account they deposited the money and faxed them my bank statement showing that there were no deposits from them. They told me that because I blacked out stuff that had a date a week later than what they said was the date it was deposited they would not accept it. I asked them what state they were licensed out of and they refused to answer. I call the FTC and Utah State Attorney General about it and they told me it sounded like a scam and not to pay them because they have no record of United Cash Loans being licensed anywhere to do pay day loans. My suggestion to everyone that has any dealings with United Cash Loans is to not pay them any money whether you really owe them or not as they are not a legitimate company and were violating the law when they made the loan. They will harass you but when you tell them to put it on your credit report or sue you they do not because that would mean they would be giving you access to the information they are trying to hide but are required to provide you with.

So what can I legally tell these people when they call me at work?
I think that since I took their money, I really should pay it back, but the so-called renewal fees more than cover the original amount of the loan. Is there a "script" or something that I could read them asking them to consider the loan paid in full? Even though I paid more than I borrowed, I would even consider the overpayments as Interest or fees. Sure, I wouldn't mind getting them to refund the overage, but at this point, I just want it to be OVER WITH. |
