because there OK address is just a p.o. box mail drop.they do not have an actual presence there.that is why there exemption is a sham.

The owner of the company has tried just about every subterfuge on the planet to keep state AG's and class action lawyers from nailing him. At one time it was a Nevada lending license. Before that he was a "servicer" for a bank. Now, he's a management consultant for a couple of Indian tribes.

Meanwhile the whole thing is being run out his Shawnee Mission, Kansas call center the same way it was twelve years ago when he got started.

I had recently gone on here and stated that we had just realized that they were only taking out renewal fees, not actually paying the loan.
So we called them to pay off the amount we owe. On Thursday they are going to take out 350 from the loan that we had borrowed back in November. The charges on top of the 90 dollar payments were going toward what they considered interest and the principle. So although we had payed an extra 95 dollars, only 40 dollars of it actually went to towards the principle of that loan. In total, they have removed 1015 from our bank account on a loan that was for only 300 dollars!
I am fearful that they may try to give us an unauthorized loan now that they have our bank info. I guess the only thing to do is to close our account.
What a painful lesson in borrowing money from these types of companies!
Again, I am going to ask if any one has been sucessful in actually fighting back against this company?

Kenneth we are not the loan company. This is a get out of debt help forum. You need to dispute the charges at your bank and close your account.

This illegal company now has your information and will continue to debit.

They're not really legal in the sense that they can go after you, but they did win the case California brought against them so now California can't go after them either. Kind of a weird situation out there.

I made a payment with United Cash Loans for $135 which cleared through my bank. Another $105 was taken out a couple of days later, overdrawing my bank account. I asked them about it and United Cash Loans told me that I made arrangements to pay that $105. ??? All I remember was making an arrangement to pay $135! Where that other $105 payment came from is a mystery to me, that only United Cash Loans say is a legitimate payment! Does anyone know what to do on this, because United Cash Loans say it's what I made arrangements for. ???

I am recently a victim of ID Theft (02/09) and the jerks took out a loan with United Cash Loans...I found out when they called me today for payment. I gave them the Police Rpt No as well as the Det's name and tele. They want me to fax them the rept. Not doing that and not giving them more of my info. They need to call the Police. I have impeccable credit and to deal with their idiots makes me sick to my stomach. I have filed Fraud with the 3 bureaus and the FTC. I wonder what will happen next? and what I need to do now? I told them to have their Fraud Dept contact the Det, but that does not seem to do any good. Give me strength!
