Good for you Tammy, I'll keep going at them. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau in Oklahoma, more to go.

Now I am having to deal with Sonic stating that we violated the laws of Ireland. They are the ones that violated the US laws. I sent them a nice piece of info and they replied that they needed a ss# to look at the account. I fired the reply back that they have the name on the account and to quit screwing around. I am tired of their stalling.

Well, I sent them two faxes before I left work today. I just shot them another e-mail to their customer service department. Does anyone have an address for them in Oklahoma?

Let Sonic keep up their sh*t. I am so tired of them. I am not backing down from them. I spent part of the day looking at law statutes and had some help from VLD. I think they will get the point after they look at this letter.

I've emailed the letter at least twice and faxed at least 3 times. I am going to modify it a little and resend tomorrow.

Tammy that's almost funny that Sonic would say you violated laws in Ireland, who cares, what are they going to do to you make you go to Ireland, geez, that would be awful, huh? Keep after them, you'll get them.

Well United Cash Loans flooded my inbox today. These guys made me laugh because they stated they have been sending me e-mails since March wanting to make payment arrangments with them. I don't think so. They also stated that they can prove this if I file complaints against them. Could that be falsifying documents? They also said that my account is now with pinion and I would have to contact them to make payment arrangments. I don't think so because I have overpaid this company too many times. I wrote back and state they are in violation of state laws since they are not licensed and/or registered in my state. They agreed to my state laws when they did business with me per the attorney general's offices and others. Also, I want a refund and to remove all negative information reported to any angency. I think you guys know the drill but it's time to take United Cash Loans down. I have to go to Wal-Mart to get ink for my printer because I'm going to be working on complaints this weekend.
