Well United Cash Loans flooded my inbox today. These guys made me laugh because they stated they have been sending me e-mails since March wanting to make payment arrangments with them. I don't think so. They also stated that they can prove this if I file complaints against them. Could that be falsifying documents? They also said that my account is now with pinion and I would have to contact them to make payment arrangments. I don't think so because I have overpaid this company too many times. I wrote back and state they are in violation of state laws since they are not licensed and/or registered in my state. They agreed to my state laws when they did business with me per the attorney general's offices and others. Also, I want a refund and to remove all negative information reported to any angency. I think you guys know the drill but it's time to take United Cash Loans down. I have to go to Wal-Mart to get ink for my printer because I'm going to be working on complaints this weekend

Mishele,
Wow they just won't give up. It's funny, each company seems to randomly select people to forgive loans for, and each picks others to keep harping on. Weird.
I really do think the state of VA is looking into suing them. Just something that was said to me by a state employee. I would love to see that.
Good luck with the complaints. I filed one online for a company, but the response space is limited to less than 1000 characters lol. At least they (BBB) will send an email confirming the complaint you made so you have something for your records.
