I am reciving strange calls from out of state numbers and this one was a guy saying that his name was Josh with BME and the number was a MN number and I really don't know who these people are the number is 612-788-3631 does anyone know who this company or person is?I need to who this I left a message but noone has called me back!But does anyone know who this number is if you do please let me know!

I did a search on both the phone number you provided, and the company BME. Nothing came up with that phone number. However serveral searches did come up with BME. I narrowed it to Minnisota, and an employment training firm came up.

Have you recently been searching for work online? Or perhaps you were inquiring what it takes to be a "bill collector".
This may not be the BME...but that is what came up after I narrowed it to MN.

The bill collector job was an example. I'm not sure what type of employment training firm the BME I looked up is...but I figure they help you find new jobs.
