Well, I got an updated report from eqifax yesterday and they deleted three accounts and updated one to current, paid as agreed. My score went up a little, but I am no ways near 600 yet. One was Calvary Portfolio. They reported for a sprint cell phone that was paid in full 2 years ago and I sent equifax proof of the paid in full and they deleted it. Then Discover was showing delinquent and it was discharged in chapter 7 and they deleted that one also. Third one was Sears card that was paid in full back in 2000 and they reported late 60-90 days in April 2006. I also after digging forever sent proof of that being paid in full and deleted. Now I have a question. How can the creditors that was discharged in the bankruptcy keep reporting every month? I have 2 that keep updating every month. We are almost 6 years out of the bankruptcy.

Wow, good news for you on that credit score. 
I don't think that's correct that they can keep updating every month. Can you contact the attorney that handled your bankruptcy and see if he knows what you can do about it or the trustee??

One problem with that. The attorney that handled our bankruptcy was killed in a car accident last year.

Oh no, was in practice with anyone else and would they have the records? That's awful!

They sealed all his files. He had a partner but he left for a different law firm.

What are they updating. The only update would be if you had disputed something on the account. After BK the acct is dead.

Why would they seal his files? What if someone needs the information from their case in the future, that just doesn't make any sense to me at all. I don't know much about this but would the clerk of the court have a copy of the case?

I never thought about the clerk of court having copies of the perwork. I will contact them on Monday and see if they can assist me in getting the necessary paperwork.
