i am sooo pissed off right now, I've just spoken to someone with USA Benefits and found out that I was somehow approved for a line of credit (credit card). The charge is for some kind of bebefit program that comes with the card. It gives you discounts on RX's and alot of other crap. They refused to take the charge off andsaid that if I don't cancel by Sept 24 I'll be charged the same amount again.

USA Benefits did the same thing to me! Unbeknownst to me they went into my account and debited it for $49.95 which caused my account to be overdrawn. I called the number listed in the description line on my transaction history and was successful in getting someone in Member services. The assured me they would cancel the monthly membership fee, but they could not refund the overdraft fee.

I am filing a complaint with the FCC and BBB.

Their address and contact information is:

They should refund the overdraft fee. It was an illegitimate charge and not your fault, why should you be punished for it even more than the hassle you've had to undergo? Go in to your bank and speak with a manager. File a complaint with the OCC (see my sig) if it is not resolved.
