I ran across this message board while doing a Google Search because I accidently deleted the original message sent from USA Benefits outlining how this crap works. I did apply with a Payday loan place, but I also never clicked on anything. I saw the offer and I closed it out all together and now here I am having to call and cancel. I called the number from one of the previous guest you listed it on the site(BEN)..Thank you so much. The rep said I was set up for a 9.95 withdrawal to take place 10/15/05 and now this won't happen. She gave me a Auth number for the cancellation, I also requested an email or fax stating that my membership has been cancelled. She said that another department will send it to me in 24hours. And BELIEVE ME!!! If I don't get that email I too will be calling back and I will clown until I get it. I don't have NO extra or I wouldn't be seeking out a dog on payday loan...This is really crazy. I told her that I have heard nothing positive about them PERIOD...so hopefully being proactive I won't incurr any unecessary charges..This was really great to be able to hear and use the info on this site to get this resolved...Thanks everyone!!!!!!!

They got me too. I just called and all of the other calls and threats must have helped. They said they will credit my bank account within 3 days and they cancelled my account with them. Thanks to all of you for the info.

I too was charged 9.95 for theridiculous USA Benefits website. They take advantage of people that are already short on cash. Anyways I just called the 800 number listed in the messages above and cancelled and I am receiving a refund. I let them know I worked for an internet company for four years as a supervisor and know how it works. If I didn't get my money back I would report this to every company possible to bring them down. I also said I was on-line and there is seventeen pages of complaints. Hope everyone gets a refund!

I just received a 9;95 sebit as well, and I calld the 300 number...Got a very nice phone Rep which informed me had I not called to cancel this would have been deducted every month. Now if you don't have an understanding bank, you will have that 30.00 overdraft fee, however, I advise everyone to take their advice and do the police report for the non-concent used for taking the information. I was shocked that they had every bit of my personal history!

This also happened to me, actually 2 months in a row. Apparently this is a monthly charge; however, you can call your bank and report this as unauthorized and you will be refunded the 9.95 PLUS any charges made to your account for fees as a result of this unknown withdrawal.

Contact you Banking institution. Put a stop payment on the $9.95 charge and file an un authorized withdrawal and Fraud against them.

You do not need to pay a stop payment charge. Just report as unauthorized withdrawal and any bank will refund.

I sure hope they catch these people. I'm another one
they got. My bank is checking into them. They said
to close this account and re open another. I will
never give that info on the web to anyone. If they
have that info they probably have our other vital
info. That's a scary feeling. Let's catch these goons.
sincerly, me

I contacted this con artist. They have our social security #'s work history, mothers maiden name, deposit info if you have direct deposit from your work
checking acct/debit/or credit card info, depending on how you applied to see what kind of loan was available
they recieved all the info before you had a chance to decline or accept. which we all declined. Then they said we all accepted a free credit report. which we did not. I called this company and told them to destroy all my personal info. The man told me he couldn't do it it goes into a historical archive.
so my question is how can we stop these people and make them destoy our info. who can we contact.
This really sucks to have to worry about what they are going to do with all our info. we are going to have to check our credit reports often. Thats what they wanted.

They got me too for 3 months straight for $9.95. I called them this morning, waited online for 3 minutes and spoke with a rep who claimed i registered for their services, i told her i didnt and wouldnt and to stop withdrawing from my account immediately and that i plan on reporting them. I've contacted my bank and plan to contact the BBB and FTC as well. Please follow up with a complaint so that its harder for these clowns to rip people off. Below is the companies information. By the way, if you go to google and type in their phone number, you will see that they have been doing this for a while.

Contact credit bureaus and inform them about the incident. File a complaint with your local police, BBB and FTC.
It's difficult to make them destroy our information once it has reached to them. What we should do, not to disclose our personal information to whom we don't know. Anybody can use these adversely and you have to pay for it.

Loveynurse,
I searched the net and what I found is that, Ameriloan, United Cash Loan, USFast Cash all are same. They even don't disclose their street address, phone number over their website. These companies are listed in badbusinessbureau also.
You can check past discussion on Ameriloan to acquire more knowledge.

One Click Cash, perhaps, is the alias of Preferred Cash Loan. This company is also listed in badbusinessbureau site.

If you get any other info about them from any other source, please inform us as well.
