I did today just get my refund for the full amount they took out of my account. So def. push the issue and it looks like it will be refunded

I am so happy to hear you received your refund. It is so frustrating dealing with people who just do not care. But I guess if you need to vent and freak out on someone they are the ones to do it too. At least you know in the end you will get your money back by doing so!!!

I just called these people and they said they would not refund my money! I told them i would be reporting them to the BBB and they still did not refund me. Be prepared to have that $9.95 charge stick and it will continue to come out of your bank if you don't call to cancel. I've learned my lesson for sure, no more payday loans!!

Scroll back a few pages and look for the membership agreement I posted. I read them a section of it which states that they will refund your membership if you do it withing the first 30 day of being billed. I received my credit back within a week.

I called back and told them that i had read their membership agreement and they could refund me even though the girl i first talked to said they couldn't and they said i would get a refund in 3-5 business days! I would still like to report them to the BBB but I cant find them! *remeber to get a confirmation number and the name of the person you spoke to when you call for your refund*

I am so happy they are going to issue a refund! I am unsure about the BBB thing. I do not know where to locate them! Good luck with that.

I looked on the BBB website and was unable to locate USA Benefits, Inc or USA Benefits. I also tried to look them up via their phone number and nothing. I am going to continue you to research and let you know if I find out more.

HA I found them. First of all I decided to find them by going through each state on the BBB website. Found them in Flordia. Unless it is a different place they are found under the name USA Benefits Group. I was looking for them only under the name USA Benefits and the BBB still gave me this search result. May not be them, but BBB does say they do not have any sort of report or complaint on this company. Worth checking into. Let me know the outcome!

I am a victim of usabenefits purposely debitting my account-$25.00. I wasn't even qualified to get the damn payday loan due to my location. Does anyone know the contact numbers (1800-809-5986-does not accept calls from GUAM ,USA), their e-mail address doesn't even have a rely site. Thanks

Here is the number I call and it was taken care of for me. Do not speak with the person who answers the phone tell them you want to speak to a supervisor and let them know you demand you money back and will be reporting them to the BBB 1-800-809-5986
