Do any of these companies, gfsil, integrated financial, mte, or webpayday do wage assignments. If so does anyone have addresses on these people where i can send revocation letters or can they be faxed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that Sonic, Payday Avenue, Cash Transfer Centers and Northway Debit are the only companies that use this. However, it wouldn't hurt to send letters off to these other companies to make sure that all of your bases are covered. I would do it anyway.

Can anyone tell me where to find a legal source for the info on wage garnishments listed at the beginning of this topic. CTC finally sent the letter over and I'm working with my HR liason, but she needs some legal resources and I've been searching the web, but the first thing that always comes up is this thread--lol. Most of the sites I've found do not have as detailed of information as given on this forum.

I have a loan with USFastCash. They took a $150 renewal fee out 9/30/08, and on 10/2/08 I called to pay off the loan. They said I had to pay another $150 plus the $500 loaned amount. This seems like double charging to me. Is there anything I can do to legally not pay the $150 charge again?

How does wage assignment work with online payday lenders that are out of country? Do federal and or state guidelines still apply in regards to notification, signature in person, etc? Do the laws of the country where lender is supercede? I am dealing with Northway Financial Corp. LTD.

Any help is appreciated as I am lost and have not slept since I received this notice yesterday. It states a return date of 4/6 in IL. bal due 1315 with a judment amount of 890
this is something that occurred in 2005 and I don't know what this is for after searching the court records. I have lived in place place of over 10 years and never received a summons. Is it too late to send in a verification of debt?
they have already sent to my employer with a 4/15 deduction.

Does anyone have a current physical address for Sonic Payday? I need to mail my certified letter revoking my wage assignment, but all I have is their address in Malta. I see a Winnepeg address listed in old posts, but I'm not sure if this is current. I have a fax and e-mail for them, so I'm good there. Thanks!

More information is needed. What state are you in and who was the lender? Is the lender licensed in your state?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby revoke your right to use any wage assignment I may or may not have signed with you. You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment. If you fail to abide by my wishes, there will be consequences to your actions as I am sure you are aware. I have sent a copy of this to my employer, therefore any wage assignment made by your company will be denied.

Sincerely,
Your signature
