If you did a payday loan through the internet and did not sign the wage assignment in person then it is not valid? Do the companies use this as a threat to scare you into repaying faster. I have every intention in paying it back but had some issues come up. They are threatening that they will have to close the file and send it to a third party collections ( it is less then a month old) and also threatening that i signed the wage assignement and they will notify my employer. Can I still revoke the wage assignment?

Yes, you can revoke a wage assignment at any time, just shoot them an email then print out the email and take it to your employer.

yes you can revoke a wage assignment at any time, but it is best to revoke before the illegal pdl submits it.btw check and see how much was borrowed and how many debits in illegal fees hit your account.being as sonic is not in this country therefore illegal.you only owe the principle borrowed.you may not owe this place anything.
