I have spoke with so many people at this agency and oddly enough they aren't too bad to deal with. I have gotten to talk to a couple "gems" but if you hang up and call back chances are good you get someone nice.

They got a default judgement against us at the magistrate. Then filed the judgement at the prothonatary, then attempted to place a hold on our bank account. However, at the time it was overdrafted so the attorneys at my bank branch sent them and me a legal paper stating this. NOw I'm almost paid off, I have set up automatic payments and that seems to have them happy. And I know for a fact in my state you can't garnish wages for debts. only child support and I believe alimony.

But whatever you do don't ignore them. They'll just file anyway.

Good Luck!
