I have had the same problem - I tried to locate them but had no luck. I just called my bank and told them not to authorize anymore withdrawals from them - I would appreciate receiving any information from anyone who has dealt with them in getting their money back.

Follow Mike's suggestion. Contact them and inquire why they have debited your account?

Coop,

You must call your bank and explain your problems with the said company. Request them to change your account number so that the debits can be stopped.

Get in touch with the company through your lawyer and insist them to send you the details of the accounts if any. If they are unable to do so, you are in charge of filing a class action lawsuit against them.

according to their contract you are only paying to renew your loan. You must submit a form 4 business days before your next renewal requesting that they take the full amount of the original loan, or take additional money to start to pay down the loan

I, too, took out one loan, and subsequently paid it off. Now, I've discovered (after trying to close my bank account) that I can't because this company has kept deducting charges from account, which has resulted in charges of over $1,000. I'm still in a knock-down with my bank over trying to get the charges blocked or my account closed. Thanks for the info on conatacting these people. Good luck to all on trying to get this company out of your lives!

I had a loan with them and the amount they deduct is 30.00 for every hundred in interest and fees. they will deduct this indefinitely unless you pay the original amount or pay it day plus fees. It looks like they are deducting the 90 twice a month because you got paid every two weeks and you have not paid any extra on the loan principal to pay it off. I never had one minutes problem with this company at all. When I faxed in the authorization for them to debit the amount of the loan from my account they did so and never have debited again. You must pay the fees and the principal if you want them to stop the debits. please feel free to email me at email address removed as per forum rules - Mike if you have questions.

This place is crazy, if you don't stop them from debiting your account they'll do it forever. Anyway the number is for customer service 800/757-0122 and their FAX is 800/757-8373

I took out a loan and never heard anything again and I lost my paperwork. They don't even send you a reminder email. Thanks for listing their phone number that was the only way I contacted them.

Hi: I take a loan last year and today 18 months later, they still get the money from my account. Please let me know who I can stop the payment.
Thanks,
