Why on earth would anyone allow anyone to continue debiting your account so much over what is owed without closing the account? I too was upset because they did not E-mail me that is what prompted me to contact them somehow but my bank had no phone # or info. at all call Shirley Reardon or John Kimball and demand some answers. I am sorry but after this whole episode I am very turned off on Payday loan companies

Tobe honest I wonder why you didn't close your account long before it got so out of hand. I do not consider myself a bad ass but I do think if you make it known to these people you won't take their crap can only serve to warn them they have another pissed off alert customer. This won't go on for much longer if they are indeed fraudulent people in higher places than us are already on top of this.

Barbara - I'm glad you have had a good experience with this company, but please realize that it is your expeience only. Others have not had the "luck" you have. Your loan is very new, and just telling them "not to mess with you" may seem like it solved your problems, but I seriously doubt it makes a bit of difference in how they will treat you.

Please keep your messages polite. There is no need to start insulting members just because you disagree.

I need ANY info anyone can give me about this company. They all go by so many different names. I need a fax # to send them a cease and desisit letter. They are harassing me at work even though I myself am a customer service person and I have told them repeatedly I cannot receive calls at work. I have talked to 5 different people in 2 weeks about my loan with them and they all have refused to send me via mail the documents I have requested. I want to see a copy of their license to operate in my state as well as validation of debt documents and an address to send them a money order. ALL REQUESTS denied. Yet they want their money which I have offered multiple times to send BUT the catch is this. There is no law anywhere that states you must pay them the manner in which they request. I have every right to offer to send a money order and now that they have refused I am seriously thinking about not paying them at all. They do not sound legit anyhow why would they not want to cooperate? ANY info. would help all I have is a phone number.

I need ANY info on this company like especially a fax number or a VALID address. These companies are so bad. Does anyone realize I think I know one who is legit and VERY good. CASHNETUSA!!!!Yah for them I have had 5 loans with them all fine transactions. They even give you discounts after so many loans.

This company is taking out of account $60.00. I would like to know how much is my balance. i think my laon was $200.00.

Michelle Morris ~ you need to look back at your bank statements and see when you got the loan and how much you have paid back to them so far. Also you need to look up the laws for your state regarding payday loans to really determine how much you actually owe if anything.

I am a victim of the criminal acts of this company and i glad to know that i am not the only one, but sorry to know that there are others. This company deposited money in my acct without my authorization and then begin to take money for payment. They took well over the amount that was deposited.
