I watched a show on PBS that said the high costs and premiums are to help pay for those without insurance and those who cannot pay. I have a $2100 ded for myself & my son because I cannot afford anything less. I cannot put him on CHIPS because he is 19 (he is only covered on mine since he is a student)_ so I am stuck. And this year I have been ill as well, so I will have more bills than I know what to do with...

I found out yesterday that the girls stepmom now has a job so they will have insurance as of Dec. 1 which will be great. That will be a load off my mind. I know I have to get some for myself but it is expensive and I am going to have to find some way to get it. Missy
