I bought a car last Oct..I make my payments every month last month I had made a mistake and Honest 1 at that..I sent my car pymt to my Ins co and my Ins. pmyt to my car pymt..My Ins was realling to write the citi fiancial a check out for the remaning of my pymt and the guy said no he cannot except that but wanted me to give him a debit acct. I told him I didn't have a debit acct.But I told him since he said he wouldn't except my Ins offer then he would had to wait til I got the Ins money from from them..This person was really rude..So the next day this lady had called me and I told her what was going on and she said she had done that before her self..I told her the pymt would be there by the 13th of this month..She said fine np..I have talked to someone each day with Citifiancialand Sat..I had to go through all of that again..So today and it is Sunday I had another lady called me and said she was from the collection deb.And I told her the story and she told me that she was here to collect a deb and she wanted me to send her the money now..So what can i do about this..I told her I will be sending out the pymt tomorrow..This has been every day this week...But it really got to me when she call me on a Sunday | |
