General Collection Services seem to be born violators of FDCPA and FCRA .We go to them to consolidate our debts and hope that they follow the book, but they seem to be least bothered about reputation. They always have people to vouch for them.Their services are the worst but I have had no problems of harrassment till now. If that too were added the picture would be complete.

I went for their services and all they did was forward me to American Express
If that was what I wanted I could have gone directly to them
Some backyard workers these people are.
laws for them seem to have been written in invisible ink.Every opportunity they get, the worst is given to their clients.I would never recommend them to anybody.

No wonder the workers are disfunctional, GC services allows people to use and deal drugs on the premises

BEWARE of John Stillman drug user, drug dealer, woman harrasser! GC Services has a drug dealer for a manager in the American Water division!!!!!!!!!! He also molests the young girls who work there, security is lacking, the bathrooms are VERY secluded and oral sex happens there ALOT I do not know who to contact about it, GC does NOTHING so I quit working there!

i have had the worst experience with GC services - they are extremely rude and truly are the worst group of people

This company is very big and have resources to use against you via all of their contracts..so be careful the information you give may be used to work against you..especially if you do not have a legitimate debt that they are collecting upon..

They HArrass you and do not help you. They Must be in violation of EVERY collection law I can think of ! ! !

Yes, if you have any complaints against GC Services and found the performance to be against the federal and state laws, you can file a complaint against them.

I've had two caller ID's from this number, listed on the ID as "Operations Division". I searched and linked the phone number to GC Services. I have no outstanding debt, no reason for a bill collector to call me. They've called but have hung up immediately when answering once, and didn't leave a message the next time. I've had a similar situation with other unknown numbers calling and there is no one there or there is a hang-up. I believe now these could be "phishing" calls - just checking to see if the number is answered/active. Beware of these types of calls. Any other information on this company is appreciated.
