i was wondering if credit card company's can give out info. to people that answer your phone and work when its not you. like how much you need to pay and by when. and so on. thanks

Are you saying, should a credit card company discuss about the account with someone else other than the account holder?
If this is your question, the company might be going against the privacy policies by discussing the account info with some other person.
