I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this form of lending/borrowing money? I have researched it a little but there is not a lot out there about it. I did go to prosper.com but haven't decided if I will join. It seems pretty legitimate, any ideas before I take the plunge. Thanks

Hi Ashley,
I've heard of prosper and other sites becoming more and more involved with peer to peer lending.
I've never known anyone to use this service. I'm not sure any type of loan is the solution to debt problems, just because of my experience with them.
So I can't really give you any information, bad or good, in regards to it...
But if you have any experiences, or find out more about it, please let us know!
