I've tried to set up payments, but the payments they wanted me to pay are entirely too high. They are threatening to send it to a collection agency or send me to court are they able to do this? If they send me to court what could happen?

Cashnet can send your account to collections (likely) and depending on the total balance, they could take it to court. Are the payments they request so high that there is nowhere to cut your budget temporarily while you pay them off? You might consider a part time job for extra money or cut back on cable and cell phone (if you have those things, it can save you a lot of money), or you could take a chance and send them a payment you feel you can afford, they are under no obligation to accept your payment though. |

Can you tell me if PayDay Avenue is licensed in MA or if they follow the same criteria as above? I cannot figure out the state where they are from and MA has tight laws on the PDL.

MA prohibits payday loans. So, PayDay Avenue shouldn't be listed in your state. Visit http://www.mass.gov/ for more information on how to deal with such lenders not licensed in your state.
