This is just an FYI for anyone who is having trouble with GFSIL. I got a cash advance loan of $200 in July of this year and every two weeks they deducted money from my bank account beginning with $80 and going down $5 each time. I finally realized that I had paid them way too much money and called the 1-800-280-3359 number and they said that I was only paying a procesing fee each time to extend the loan. The lady I spoke with first said that someone called me every two weeks to ask me if I wanted them to continue to extend my loan and that I said yes. I told her that no one called me about this loan and then she changed her tune and said that I was supposed to call them three days prior to them taking it out to tell them not to extend it any longer. I told her they were crazy and that I was closing my bank account out and I feel like since I paid them $455, I have more than paid them enough money. My advice to anyone who is thinking about getting a cash advance loan from these people,DO NOT DO IT!!! THEY ARE CROOKED!!!!

Hi AQW

I am so sorry. You are not alone having problems with GFSIL. It seems that they never seem to stop. GFSIL has debited many people's accounts like this and with illegal charges. They are not licensed in most of the states in US. Sometime earlier this year, it was found that they are the alias of the famous UK company, Cash Today Limited, who has violated almost all the federal and state laws covered in the US. They don't have a valid business license anywhere here. I will insist you to put your complaints with the local attorney general office and request them to take care of this matter. They must have already received many complaints by now and they should come into action now.

Meanwhile, close your checking account because you can't let them take money out of your account on illegal reasons. They should have charged your account with proper interests and fees that your state allows. This should have been legal only after they have been licensed in your state. But unfortunately, this never happened.
