Because of my settlement agreement, I cannot mention company names, but this place e-mailed me the signed settlement agreement of another customer they were refunding money to. It had all her private information on it.

I e-mailed them back what they had done and told them my settlement paperwork better NOT have gone to someone else.

I'll let you know what happens Rolling Eyes

Oh God!! SAM62, I am happy that you cared to inform the company about their mistake. If the private info had gone in wrong hands, it might have given a chance of identity theft of that person concerned. Be careful about your info though.
