I as well have been ripped off. I was unable to get into my account and realized 250.00 was put into my account without my permission and now taking 75.00 for the last 2 weeks. I need some info as well on how to locate them. Is it legal to close account and reopen to avoid paying them? thanks for your input.

SJM Marketing is a payday lender on the internet. Did you apply for a payday loan?
If this was without your permission, then go talk to your branch manager at your bank and demand they refund this money.
