I have a couple of questions concerning Palisades Collection LLC.
We pulled a copy of my husband's credit report because we are purchasing a car. It shows a public record of a judgement in favor of Palisades Collection. It was made in Sept. 2006. In Indiana. My husband nor I have lived in Indiana for the past 8+ years. This supposed debt goes back to '99. I have no idea what this is. This is driving him nuts. He is afraid that a bench warrant has been issued for him because of this. I told him I didn't think that was possible. Is it? There was never anything like this on his report before now. We have NEVER been notified by this company. There is no original account number for them. Just the case number. Is there anything we can do about this?
