GFSIL is discussed in this forum many times. See this link for others posting about them.

Take the help of your bank in this matter. They will put a dispute with the company and identify the purpose of debiting money. If GFSIL is unable to verify the charges, your bank will help in reverting the charges. GFSIL is not licensed in many states and they don't have a genuine business in US. They are affiliated with International Cash Today operating from UK.

I just got off the phone with them, and nobody could tell me what states they are licensed in- they kep repeating over and over "we are governed by UK laws". We took out an original loan for 200, fees= 79, and have since paid it off about two and a half times, and they are going to be taking another 200 on Nov 3. Do I go to the bank and dispute these charges? or do I put a stop payment on anything from them? I dont know what to do- because they couldnt tell me if they are even licensed in MA- because she would only tell me that they are governed by UK laws. Ugh

Go to the bank and put a stop payment on them and send, fax, e-mail them a debit revokation letter. You may need to close and open a new account to stop them, these pdls go by so many dbas. They are going to threaten all types of lies, just know they are lying. It looks like you have paid back the principal and then some. If they threaten to have you arrested tell them to come and get you because you have never been to the UK. Crooks.

These people must be connected with World Wide Cash and International Cash because the phone number looks the same. You cant stop payments on them by ACH because they will try the old papercheck routine. Like Check9999 they did it to me. Close that account. They will bleed you dry. KYSIDE38

this is scarey stuff. thank you for the advice! I am just nervous, because the woman on the phone was basically yelling over me saying that when we took out the loan WE agreed to their terms, and that one of the terms is that you will renew your loan every month if you dont contact them within three business days before the loan is due or something like that. So, we have def paid the loan principal about twice, so can they still garnish my husbands paycheck?
